Is my smoodi healthy?
Yes! All our ingredients are flash frozen fruits just after harvesting, resulting in the highest nutritional value and the delicious taste you know from our smoodis.

How long will my smoodi cup last in the freezer?
The shelf life of our smoodis is two years if you keep them frozen (below 0°F) at all times. Therefore, make sure you store them in your freezer as soon as you receive them. We recommend consuming your smoodis within a couple of months as you most likely break the frozen supply chain when opening your freezer at home.
What’s inside each smoodi cup?
All our smoodis only contain all-natural ingredients, flash-frozen at peak ripeness. We handpicked our farms for best taste and quality. The specific ingredients in your smoodi cup will depend on each flavor:
• Brain Boost: bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
• Green Energizer: bananas, mango, spinach, matcha
• Tropical Vibes: mango, pineapple, coconut flakes
What’s inside my smoodi package?
Inside each smoodi package you’ll find 12 cups of your selected flavor. Our first 500 customers will receive an additional surprise bag 😉
What do I need to add to my smoodi?
You’ll only need to add the liquid of your preference (our first option is always water!) and can also add your preferred booster (protein, almonds, yogurt, chia seeds, etc.). Try to mix it up!
How much liquid should I add to my smoodi before blending it?
We suggest roughly half of the empty smoodi cup, but it depends on your preference: If you like your smoodi thick like a sorbet, add slightly less liquid than half of the smoodi cup. If you like it thinner, more like a juice, add more liquid than half of the cup.

We deliver throughout the United States.
How does my subscription work?
Once you subscribe, you’ll start receiving your smoodi package according to the frequency you’ve selected, either weekly, monthly, or custom.
How can I pause/cancel my subscription?

How do I modify the subscription frequency?
The frequency of your subscription can be adjusted in your profile.
How do I enter a promo code?

What do I do with the dry ice?

Do not allow Dry Ice to touch bare skin. Protective gloves are required for safe handling.

Allow the Dry Ice to evaporate in a well-ventilated area. Some surfaces left in direct contact with Dry Ice may be damaged by the extreme cold.
